This service brings together over ten years of whole food cooking, Nutrition study, and health consultation. It's your Doctor's prescription for fine dining!
The food is prepared lovingly and from scratch, utilizing local and organic ingredients whenever possible.
Cost per person is $20 with a minimum of 6 people. Inquire about special dietary considerations.

- Vegetarian Brown Rice Sushi With Avocado, Pickled Ginger, & Umeboshi Plum Paste.
- Sandwiches/Wraps Made From Organic Spelt Or Kamut Breads Includes Fresh Sprouted Humus, Organic Turkey, Or Avacado & Goat's Cheese
- They Are Garnished With Seasonal Fresh Baby Greens, Home Made Mustard & Mayo, & Fresh Herbs.
- Fresh Pie Made With Locally Grown Fruits Or Squashes. The Crust Is A Spelt Pastry Flour Seasoned With Sage And Sweetened With Organic Cane Sugar & Honey.
- Salads Come With A Colourful Array Of Seasonal Greens And Vegetables, Lightly Roasted Nuts & Seeds, And A House Dressing.
As well as keeping the food "clean", free of pesticides/herbicides, artificial flavours and preservatives, specific essential nutrients are included to make each meal well rounded nutritionally.
Examples are the essential fatty acids used in salad dressings and the unrefined sea salt in cooking that contains essential trace minerals not found in table salt.
The food can also be created to suite your nutritional needs. This is an optional service in which a consultation is required to determine where nutritional deficiency may lay.
Foods are then chosen which contain high levels of the nutrients that are deficient. Correcting these deficiencies can have far reaching effects in improving the quality of life.
